Frank passed away peacefully on Monday, October 21st, 2024, at the age of 85, at Baltimore Washington Medical Center in Glen Burnie, Maryland. Born on Friday, March 17th, 1939, Frank's journey through life was marked by dedication, service, and love for those around him.
