Dear Hall of Fame Committee:

 West Annapolis Fire and Improvement Company respectfully submit Deborah Ann Perry for the Anne Arundel County Volunteer Firefighter Association Hall of Fame.

Debbie came to us in 2001 after she had spent ten years in Charles County Fire and EMS Association and the Nanjemoy Volunteer Fire Department Station 4 as a firefighter II and an EMT-B.  She has been very active in the Company as of now she has been Vice President now for seven years and Delegate to the County Association and the State Association for about the same amount of time.  

She is currently the Chair of the AACVFA Public Relations Committee at the company level she is the Training Officer and just this last year gave up the Membership Chair position.  She works with our Fire Prevention Committee Chair Mike Fennington on many of the public education presentation that we do.  Then too she works on our One Hundredth Anniversary Committee.

She has helped the family of members that have suffered family losses over her time with us.  She has been there for the families in many ways to help them get through a very hard time in their lives.
